You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

       Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

       In their original packaging with all tags attached.

       Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

The following items cannot be returned:

       Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.

       Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty).

       Final sale items.

For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund or paid at the time of return. We will provide full instructions when you contact us.

 

1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing issue within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge, or issue a full refund.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@byhayat.store with your order number and photos of the defect.

 

Partial Refund Option

If you are not fully satisfied with your order but would prefer not to go through the return process, we may be able to offer you a partial refund, allowing you to keep the item. Please contact us at info@byhayat.store to discuss this option and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

 

How to Return

1. Email us at info@byhayat.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. We will reply with detailed return instructions and the return address.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to avoid damage in transit.

4. Ship the item back using a trackable method. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. For faulty or incorrect items, a full refund including shipping will be issued.

 

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Our 30-day policy goes beyond this minimum. If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
