We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. By Hayat is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our returns, refund, and warranty terms are set out in full in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on our website.

Summary:

• You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

• All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• We may offer a partial refund as an alternative to a return, at our discretion.

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our returns policy.

9. Consumer Rights by Region

We respect the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country. These Terms do not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable law.

EU / EEA: You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (cooling-off period) under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum.

UK: You are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and other applicable UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Australia: Your purchase is covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures and compensation for other foreseeable losses.
